Nope, no unresolved issues, just find it funny when those have to put down others to make themselves look great. I appreciate you acknowledging my post oh great wise one.

Maybe one day I can be so wise until then I will just live out in the pastures where it takes me hours to get to Tampa and I need to book a flight to get to the beach.

Don't blame the guy. If you lived up there you'd be 10 mins by phone from the nearest beach. With all those new comers in the area, you would need some kind of teleportation device to get to the beach.

You can always remodel a house. You can't pick up a house and move it closer to the beach.

Shorecrest in St. Pete has part-time preschool options. You can do 3 days per week or 5 and have an option of pickup times.

Check out the Hunters Green Subdivision in New Tampa. Beautiful, gated, safe area that meets all your criteria. Lots of parks, walking areas, etc.. Close to I-75.
