Anyone know of a good butcher shop? I work at Sabal Park and live in New Tampa. Today I visited a small Cuban food market in East Lake on Harney Road by Temple Terrace Highway nearby the Sweetbay supermarket. They have better meat compare to the chain supermarket.

I like "Land and Sea Market". There is one on Bruce B Downs, just north of USF.

The only decent meat market with real butchers around here is Apollo Meats, on Apollo Beach Blvd.

I too like Land and Sea, but dont go to butchers that often. The one a few blocks from me is always busy(Roberts Meats on Westshore Blvd and Euclid Ave).

I like Cacciatore brothers but they aren't too close to you. They have a lot of spanish cuts you can't get else where. Publix has butchers onsite and will special cut anything you want.

Tampaguy is right about Roberts on Westhore, they have been there for over 30 years so they must be doing something right.

Not sure this is what you're expecting, but we buy our meats at Fresh Market. The bay area has several stores.
