I guess that will be a boon to jobs and housing prices and bring much in the way of tourist dollars to the area but the area already being rather congested its going to be akin to putting 10lbs of in a 5lb bag. Also expect a major spurt in hotel construction in the area as a consequence as there are few hotels in the area at the moment, and expect much road construction to accommodate the attraction.

looks like Wesley chapel magazine/newspaper misinformed everyone. To be honest it's not their first time. I would never read them again.

Wesley Chapel picked up the story from the "Spring Hill Courier" which is a recently created satirical web page.

Sorry, but when I receive a magazine on local paper I feel I can trust what I read there... Obviously not... Sorry for misinformation on my part!

I remember having conversations with a few servers in restaurants who were counting the days for the return of the snowbirds, as they were just scraping by.

One told me "banks" 50% of what she makes in the winter months to survive the rest of the year. But not all of them are that smart.

The FL economy is heavily dependent on the dollars of retired transplants, tourists, and snowbirds.

In fact it is way too dependent.

Correct what dose Florida have to offer besides sunshine and warm weather. That's why it still considerd a retire state. People from the north that buy second homes here for the winter months. And spend there pension money here.

Do you watch the local morning news here? If you did you would see the people driving to work each day.
The state doesn't run on pension money. There are millions who work each day here, unless you didn't notice.
