We have a approx 8x8 concrete patio slab and would like to extend this and would like to know estimated cost from either DIYers or someone who has hired a local contractor or handyman.

Am thinking handyman as this maybe too small of a job for a contractor.

Am looking to add another 8x10 on the left and 8x15 on the right of the existing slab for a total addition of 80+120 = 200 sq ft.

There are few sprinklers - do these need to be removed along with the PVC pipe and then water re-routed or can then be permanently capped.
