Not necessiarily the Sugarmill Woods Community but the general area around there. Much nicer area overall compared to the Royal Highlands. I never understood why they named it that. Royal Highlands. Last time I worked up in that area which was a few years ago there were quit a few new unoccupied houses with their a/c units missing.

Like I said, depends on what you want. Those planned communities have lot of amenities that you dont find outside of them.
