Not suprising since the price of real estate keeps rising here, not that low price mecca most make it out to be.

Low prices in certain areas, higher prices in nicer and/or more central locations. Of course it all depends on where one is comparing it to.

Not even close to that yet. Prices are just working their way up to where they should be, as they were artificially low after the crash. We will have to see how high they go before we can estimate when another crash will happen. There always will be rises and crashes to some degree. That is how it works, but we are nowhere near that point..........yet.
