My wife and I are considering buying a home in Cheval. We are in our 30s, have a 2-year old and plan to have another child soon. We really like the way it looks. Wondering if it is family friendly (or friendly at all). Are there family/kid oriented activities, bbqs, etc.? Do neighbors hang out with each other? Are the people receptive to newbie's? We would like our kids to grow up with friends in the neighborhood. Are there others in the same life-stages who are living in cheval and could give me some insight? Thanks!!

No. It's boring full of snuffs! We looked into it once and it's too far from stores etc. Look into Westchase, a lot more family friendly!
