Why are you looking at those particular places? Do you need to be close to those areas for work?

We know some people there, and we like the location (close to the beaches, Tampa, etc)

We were eyeing Trinity at first, but after looking around and evaluating everything we decided to come further southwest into Palm Harbor in the Eastlake Corridor. By the brief description you gave, it sounds like that might be ideal for you as well.

We just felt that Trinity was a little too far out from the things that we wanted. We really love the East Lake Corridor coming down 611 to and including the Countryside area, as it is close enough to all the things that we like….the beaches, shopping, restaurants, airport, family.... yet doesn't feel crammed in and as city like as the roads further down in Pinellas County.

How close to the beach time wise is considered close for you? I live in Wesley Chapel and it takes every bit of an hour and a half to get to Clearwater beaches, sometimes longer if traffic isn't ideal.

None of the three areas the OP mentioned are close to any beach...I guess the closest would be Trinity...but it still would be a hike...

Just to add my two cents, I stayed in Wesely Chapel a few weeks ago and made the drive to St Petes Beach, took less than an hour.
And for those of us who currently live 4-5 hours by air away from the beautiful gulf beaches, an hour drive is nothing
