Default Opinions on "The Place" Condos in Channelside

Just looking for opinions and info on "The Place" Condos in Channelside. I'm looking to move in there at the start of the year and I was wondering if the location/property is a good choice. OOO..btw.. Single guy, mid-30s.

The Place are VERY nice....I like the layouts of the condos, and the Channelside area is a very good location, lots of development and progress, perfect for a single dude in his 30's. Within a year you will not need to drive anywhere, as there will be lots of retail, grocery, restaurants, cafe's, etc. Channelside Plaza already has alot to offer, nice to have Ybor restaurants, cafe's, bars, and downtown's Forum, Performing Arts Center, museums, cafe's and bars all within easy reach. The streetcar gives you access to both Ybor and Downtown. Now they have a trolley that goes all throughout downtown and Channelside till 2am. The nearly 3 mile Riverwalk will be open in 2009. You will be an Urban Pioneer which is relatively new to Tampa, there are roughly 1000 residents in downtown/Channelside today, adn will be close to 10,000 by 2012.
