Port Richey has a lot of nice neighborhoods. Some of it is pretty worn down. Spring Hill is the better choice IMHO.

Plenty of sec 8. Not as many blacks up here as down south. Most all the small homes are rented out in the older hoods.

It's more white trash where i am. I remember TNC as a kid in the 60's, and it has really gone down hill. It never did compare to Danashores.

Doesn't the fact there there is/was a gigantic sink hole in Spring Hill phase anyone from buying a home there?

That is literally money down the drain... a pretty big risk to take, in my opinion.

Isn't anyone even slightly bothered by that?

If you worried about that the entire city would be empty. And that is certainly not the case.

You had a Giant Sinkhole swallow a portion of the Corvette Museum in Kentucky, they are rebuilding.

Yep, keep building. If you are lucky and survive in 20 or so years you could have a lake side house . Thanks to the sinkhole you will have a beautiful view.

Is everyone moving out of Seffner where that guy was killed last year or Dunedin, where a sinkhole destroyed two houses?
