Good news. I shouldn't have any trouble selling my house when I move.

Actually, we had a long list of must haves and the Tampa Bay area was the only place capable of meeting our must haves. It may not be for people who don't like many things such as yourself, but for others it is a very nice place to live and even paradise for many.

Not_Liking_FL: All this time you were whining like a kid how Tampa Bay has no jobs. Now that a credible source says there's jobs in the area, you're quick to downplay it. What is wrong with you?

Here's your idea of paradise...

Well, you did not include the entire quote. Here it is:

"Home Price Growth Forecast: 6.5 percent

While it will certainly cost you more than ever before, it's difficult to argue with the beautiful beaches, baseball fandom and job opportunities the city has to offer."

I didn't complain that there are "no jobs". I had a good job in Florida, but for a lot of occupations the pay is less in Florida and the COL is increasing. I am critical of people who tout unemployment numbers when a lot of the jobs are low paying service/call center jobs.

I never claimed Chicago is paradise, but I do enjoy living in a world class city. It also made #8 on the same list, genius.

If you can't comprehend any of my past post and stay stuck on your dislike of my username, just stop responding.

I quoted the part I found confusing. The Ray's have terrible attendance and I'm still not clear about what the job opportunities are. Is it Amazon warehouse jobs? Call centers? Maybe IT or STEM?

Come talk to me when your present city is ranked higher than Tampa or Orlando. Until then... silence..

Paradise is a state of mind..
