Long story short, my dream to move to FL since I was 16, I am almost 39 now. Life got in way and I raised a daughter on my own. Anyways, house almost up for sale and daughter almost has apartment here in PA...
Have been to Tampa/Clearwater area several times looking at apartments and jobs, I am a nurse, RN. I always thought the move was going to be Tampa, because it has more life to live thru the year instead of Clearwater where its dead and quiet all winter. Ive seen it all. I think my mistake was staying on CWB everytime and then driving over to Tampa. Now I'm hooked on Clearwater area just becuz I know it more...I love the apartments called The Sedona and 5 west in Tampa. Now theres a new one I have been following forever getting ready to open in Largo called Gateway North. It is killing me because I don't have money to keep coming down there to see everything that opens. This seems like the area I am used to in Clearwater. Does anyone have any take on it? Any advice on Clearwater side or Tampa side? Courtney Campbell is killing me. Which side? I love the beach but i thought Tampa would be better everyday life then drive to beach. This new place being opened in Largo tho looks crazy nice, but how is the neighborhood? Better off in Tampa my first love or being where I know in this new development? Please help!

Have been to Tampa/Clearwater area several times looking at apartments and jobs, I am a nurse, RN. I always thought the move was going to be Tampa, because it has more life to live thru the year instead of Clearwater where its dead and quiet all winter. Ive seen it all. I think my mistake was staying on CWB everytime and then driving over to Tampa. Now I'm hooked on Clearwater area just becuz I know it more...I love the apartments called The Sedona and 5 west in Tampa. Now theres a new one I have been following forever getting ready to open in Largo called Gateway North. It is killing me because I don't have money to keep coming down there to see everything that opens. This seems like the area I am used to in Clearwater. Does anyone have any take on it? Any advice on Clearwater side or Tampa side? Courtney Campbell is killing me. Which side? I love the beach but i thought Tampa would be better everyday life then drive to beach. This new place being opened in Largo tho looks crazy nice, but how is the neighborhood? Better off in Tampa my first love or being where I know in this new development? Please help!
