Have you driven through Tampa??? on I75??? 275?? I'm from NY and it's the worst driving I've ever seen. These people aren't what I'd call laid back. Maybe once they get home, but surely not when everyone's driving 80 in the center lane and 90 in the left!

Riverview is super-southern. I admit I was nervous to leave my NY-plate car in the parking lot when I had to go to a clinical rotation there. But you're right OP, Tampa isn't southern at all. Cuban, yes. New York, yes, Southern, no.

Try Maryland on the beltway or 270. FL is a dream by comparison.

Try Tokyo, Sao Paulo, Mexico DF. How does that make it any better? If I Adm stuck at Howard Franklan for 45 min, that sucks regardless of how much worse other people have it.
