I just heard some community 'leaders' tell me that they will 'react' if the grand jury does not indict the police officer who killed Michael Brown. If I were the Mayor of St. Pete I would be on the phone to Scott demanding that the National Guard be mobilized to prevent the damage that can occur. Mod edit
