The Brandon/VALRICO/RIVERVIEW area is terrible! The congestion is ridiculous, prices going up everywhere, homeless camps, sprawl everywhere , crime increasing. This area went to hell in a handbasket. Try commuting from Valrico to Tampa that could be the worst decision you will ever make in your life.

Gross misstatements, every one of them.

Yes, the area is getting congested, but it's no worse than the New Tampa/Wesley Chapel or Westshore areas in this regard.
