Correct. I think I was actually going 58/59. Sometimes if you act respectful they'll cut you a break to keep the fine/points low for you.
I think I made up my mind to just hire a traffic attorney to handle my situation for me, for $500 it will be worth it to have most of my tickets and my points to be reduced or even dismissed.

These tickets are a few years old and are all in Hillsborough Co.

Thanks for any advice or for the names of some good traffic lawyers in Tampa.
How about paying them? After all, if you obeyed those traffic rules you wouldn't have these tickets in the first place. Be responsible.

Why would I pay them if an attorney could get them dismissed?

Because you did something to get them; it's called being a "responsible adult"! Relying on a broken law system to take your responsibilities away from you is wrong. You speed, you pay. You could have hurt someone with your recklessness! Take responsibility for your own actions, and next time don't speed. It is a scary thought to live in a country where people can get away with so many things.

You're being rude, and frankly, encouraging this kind of behavior helps no one! You may be his next victim for all you know next time he chooses to drive over the speed limit.

Please use some common sense for a change, and stop attacking my posts.

lol
Sounds like your and some of the other replies were trying to do the attacking. Your reply is not helping the question of this thread. I could understand your harping like an old lady if my tickets were for DUI's or reckless driving but not for a speeding ticket for driving less than 60mph.

I rarely see anyone going the speed limit on many of the streets, interstates anymore. Sometimes when I'm not in a big hurry or have several passengers on board, I go the posted speed limit and get more than my share of stares from other drivers as they maneuver past me.
