We are considering a job move to Trinity and would love any input anyone has on the area. We do not have small children, ours are grown with one married, the middle in college and the baby is a Jr in high school. My husband will move now and I will move with him once our daughter graduates high school and is attending college.

Trinity was just on the news the other day. They are building 12,000 homes over the next few years. Trinity itself is very nice. Plus I really believe that the whole 54 corridor will be built up like Bruce B Downs. Traffic will be a nightmare but things will be very convenient for you. I am buying next Trinity in Lutz off of 54. Good luck to you and welcome to the area and good luck to you!

Trinity is nice, but far from any city core. If I wanted the typical suburban family experience, it would be on the list.

I live just east of there and am also terrified of what the future holds for traffic on 54. They're building like mad over here.

Still, it's a nice area with a lot of open spaces (for now). As long as they don't build crappy low cost housing and ghetto looking strip malls as far as the eye can see, it could grow into a decent 'burb.
