Country Walk CDD (Miami, Tampa, Wesley Chapel: for sale, real estate, HOA)

Does anybody know how much the CDD is in Country Walk and how much the HOA is? I see people with signs next to SR-54 pointing out that there is a lot for sale.

It depends what size lot you want, but when we were looking I believe the CDD + HOA was somewhere around 1700-1800 per year.

You don't want to live in cw estate homes- the hoa is a dictatorship- thats probably why there are so many homes for sale-the area is beautifull- people love the New England style of house (none like in miami) buy a house- then find the nightmare known as the ACB (Architectural control board) They even police your back yard- which is behind a 6 ft high fence- if your neighbor doesn't like you - he will call the ACB inventing any kind of violation and then they start with the NOTICE LETTERS-followed by the ATTORNEY LETTER- followed by the COURT INJUNCTION- No wonder Real Estate Agents LOVE CW they can sell the same hoouse every 3/4 years

Juan are you referring to country walk in Tampa or Miami?

I think he's talking about Miami since there aren't any NE style homes in CW - Wesley Chapel.
