Depends on what you want. Fat with benefits, in the 30's. If you do their "contract" option, it's $45/hr for night shift

Baycare, hands down. St. Joseph's has high ratios though. The Meese-Dunedin system is within Baycare and has a good reputation for work conditions. I don't know about the St. Petersburg side of that system. They have fair salaries and a coherent "career ladder": merit versus bogus hoops and peer reviews. Plus, it's huge. Avoid Florida Hospital, specifically the one on Fletcher Ave. at all costs: super high ratios and bad benefits; they couldn't care less about their staff. Don't even consider an HCA hospital unless your are a masochist: punitive and abusive, high ratios. Moffitt is good, you need a BSN to be considered though. Salaries are in line with the area and average salaries. The clinics are overworked, but the inpatient side has reasonable ratios. Be prepared to pay $500/year for parking, but TGH pays too. Others have commented on TGH. There are smaller hospitals in Town and Country and South Tampa; last I heard they were a Tenet system. I don't know anyone who has worked there. Good luck.
