Hi, my wife and I, along with our 3 month old daughter are going to be relocating to Tampa. We are both 29 and I'm hoping you can recommend places that are:

1) Safe
2) Great School Systems
3) Similar demographics (I don't want my daughter to be the only child in the neighborhood)
4) Budget is around $600K

Preferably in this order. Thanks

you could try the South Tampa area, it is one of the better areas. The High School is Plant High School, it is one of the better High Schools in the area. Not to sure about the Elementary or Middle Schools. You say similar demographics ???? not sure on that one since you say the only child. You could try areas off of Westshore Blvd. and Dale Mabry. Sorry I only know some of the basics, hopefully someone with more information will give you some better answers

Where in MA? Right in Boston or towns around it? I am from Billerica originally. Right outside of Lowell.

I would suggest Fishhawk Ranch. It's definitely in the 'burbs, but has some of the best schools in the state and is a very family friendly area with a town center and lots of community activities.

Where are you in the Boston area? I know it well, as I have a sister who lives there and I traveled there often for business. Spent a lot of time around Peabody and Woburn.
