looking for short term rental in Davis Island and St. Pete

thanks in advance for stopping to check out this post.
Four of us from upstate NY are coming to Davis Island Yacht Club for a regatta 2/8-14. Our plan is to then move over to St. Petersburg to compete in The St.Petersburg NOOD regatta 2/15-18.
We would like to rent a nice 2 BR 2 BA condo/townhouse/vacation rental close to Davis Island YC then find another place near the St. Pete YC.
Please let me know if you have any ideas or recommendations.
