You wouldn't go that way. Howard Franklan to the veterans in the morning before 745 is usually fine, the veterans will be clear going north. I am assuming downtown st Pete, you jump on 375 you will be at the bridge in 7 minutes. On the way back it would be smooth sailing until the Kennedy/275 split but the bridge should be clear going west, you are probably going to hit some traffic by the gandy exit but after that it will be wide open, of course comes spring time you are screwed but that's everybody.
