If you move to central/southern Florida and you don't like the heat or rain, it makes me wonder if you did any research before moving.

Very true. It has been a very dry June for my area with almost no rain.

I sure don't see it that way. Lived here all my life and the only areas that see more rain are all east of my area like Lutz and Brandon. I may drive into rain about once every 2 weeks and i have a 20 mile drive everyday.

Probably came down in the winter months and thought it was like that all the time.

Are you sure? Every summer it rains a bunch and then goes back to being hot right after. This isn't California. If you only see rain 2-3 times a summer, then I'm shocked.
