Smile potential house purchase, need thoughts...
I am looking at 2 homes, on is in zip code 33619 around causeway blvd, and the other one is in zip 33584, really close to I-4.

Anyone have any thoughts on any of these neighborhoods? I appreciate any insight you may offer.

I am from Pinellas County, I have done rehabb work in those areas ,my opinion is they have never became up and coming but should some day, I have looked at potential houses to buy in that area but the comps were very poor, it seemed like a decent working class blue collar area with potential.

so then they are not a overly bad area if town then...Thats good. I was hoping they would be ok...
