All religions are fables and woo, but Scientology gets the LRH clear award on that.

Missedcabbage certainly knows how to run a 'tight' organization.

Sorry but I'm not familiar with your cabbage/lrh references.

But whether or not anyone believes whatever they believe is of no concern of mine so long as they aren't inflicting that upon others. I fully support separation of religion and state.

I absolutely see religion for those who enjoy it as facilitating certain expression which they like to share with each other in that way. That is none of my business.

Personally I've few contentions with religion. It ought not be in politics. I'd question the non taxing of properties which are not directly related to principal function required to not have a claim of preventing religion from forming or practicing (again, without inflicting upon others) ie the sanctuary building and the property (within reason) under it but not the rest of their investments.

And I fully feel that this country absolutely needs to get back to its foundation of separation of church and state which is beyond question the intent in the founding of America. Inside their sanctuary, the religious get to discriminate all they please. Outside, no. Because other people have rights too.

The case of Clearwater's Scientology is really no different to me than these mega churches raking in tons of bucks. What of Creflo Dollar and his "revealing truth ministries" in Tampa Bay, a few locations I believe?

Minister Creflo Dollar Now Wants $114MM For Luxury Yacht

Millionaire televangelist and megachurch founder Creflo Dollar, Jr., forced in March to cancel a $65 million donation campaign set up to finance a G350 Gulfstream jet, is now reportedly asking friends to donate more money to pay for a luxury yacht.

Why are you keep posting "news" articles on here?

This is a relocation forum! I hate the news, don't watch them, and could care less who shot whom! I have better things to focus on. Find a hobby.
