Moving to Florida soon to open a new business. Need help finding the right location!

I'm not sure how much you all will be able to help without knowing the details of the business, which unfortunately I can't provide right now, but maybe just some pros/cons of these areas I have listed.

Looking for safe, family friendly, clean, all the standards I guess!

Thanks so much!

You need to specify your "demographics" if we can even try to attempt to help!

Pro Bass just set up shop in Brandon/Tampa area.....you'd think they'd do research beforehand. Top Golf just opened up their business in the same vicinity as well. I like the Causeway BLVD area for my shopping.....adjacent/south of Westfield Mall. Progressive, USAA and other businesses have recently set up shop as well in the area - they must know that the future of the area is booming, maybe?

Or they're getting massive tax breaks that other areas aren't offering them.

So they're in an area where future development is being planned. Sounds like a good opportunity for a new business to get in early......surely you wouldn't recommend Ybor as a family friendly place to start a new business, would you? I sure as hell wouldn't (unless you're Stu Sternberg and you plan on putting baseball stadium and a huge asphalt parking on to of where all those Ybor warehouses and tatoo parlors/hookah lounges are currently standing).

Wesley Chapel is also up and coming, Bruce B. Downs - again, depends on who you're catering to? Seniors, workerbees/professionals? They're kind of spread out throughout the TB Area.

Actually, the best thing you could do is contact SBA, they can point you in the right direction.
