Husband and I are considering a visit to the Tampa area for a week in mid March when he can get off work. Need to get out of this nasty midwest winter cold for a bit. Is the area over run with spring breakers at that time? What are the best (read prettiest and quietest) areas to stay in? Any areas to avoid? Thanks!

Many of the Pinellas County Beaches - away from Clearwater and parts of St Pete Beach - are very quiet and many condo owners do not allow spring break rentals, so it's safe
