Good morning. We found another home in our search. This one is in the Seabrooke Community in Clearwater. Some quick internet searches didn't provide much about this area. It's close to the St. Pete airport.

Other than pretty houses and being near the water, the location isn't a great one. There's a ton of traffic and you won't be as conveniently located as you would be in Safety Harbor or Countryside. Also, the schools out that way aren't that great. My mother-in-law lives over that way, and although she is in a decent neighborhood, the surrounding areas have declined in recent years.

Are you visiting these homes in person or viewing these online? It's a waste of time to view them online because we all have different opinions on these areas so you will be hard pressed to find a good answer!

Our realtor showed us the house to say. Needless to say we loved it. Style of home, etc. Both of our commutes to work are shorter than driving to Safety Harbor. We are in full ponder mode...
