Default Wyndham Lakes in Odessa

Does anyone know anything about Wyndham Lakes in Odessa? There are a lot of nice homes for sale in that neighborhood. I am trying to find out if it is a family neighborhood or an older community. I can't figure out what elementary school it is zoned for either.

any info would be appreciated!

Wyndham Lakes is nice...don't know about the demographics...but it's rather out of the way. I believe that area goes to the new Hammond Elementary.

Wyndham Lakes crosses County Line Road, so some of the homes are in Pasco and others are in Hillsborough. Knowing this info, you can verify the school assignment with the appropriate school district. The community is east of Gunn Highway and west of the Suncoast aka Veterans Parkway. There are several ski-sized lakes in the area so many of the properties are on the water. Homes were built between 1992 and 2003 in various price points by builders such as Inland, Suarez, Nohl Crest, Rutenberg, Maconi & others. Most lots are good sized (.25 acre & up). No CDD and HOA around $360 annually. Information deemed to be correct but should be verified for accuracy. Does this help? Too much? Not enough?

its a very nice neighborehood. High school should be sickles high, the middle could be a few, more have been built since I went there.. overall its in a nice area, not to crowded but minutes from being in the middle of it all. roughly 10 minutes from the mall and schools as well.

Thanks for the information! It has come up in a few of our property searches and looks to be a nice area with some decent property, just was not sure of the surroundings.

Cool Wyndham Lakes

Hillsborough County Schools go to Hammond Elementary, Martinez Middle and Sickles High School.

Pasco Schools (back of the subdivision - Chandron Drive and Wyndham Lakes Dr. with 4 digit street numbers (instead of 5) - Trinity Elementary, Seven Springs Middle and Mitchell High.

We lived in Wyndham Lakes for 3 years and really enjoyed it. A home with a pool and 3 car garage will give you the best resale options (and place to store your stuff).

FWIW, car insurance rates in Pasco were cheaper at the time we lived there.

Our water also came from Pasco County.
