Its the small stuff like this that will come out in the case, did Reeves enter an almost empty theater and choose to sit right behind Oulson and then start bitching at Oulsen for using a cellphone or did Oulson come in and sit right in front of Reeves and start an argument for some reason.?.

So it's not game over.
Its the priceh he must pay to have prevented suffring and pain. 70+ people dont too well after a fall or a puch in the facial area. I doubt Reeves was counting dollars when he prevented Oulsen fromdoing more harm to him.

If Reeves was closer to 40 intead of 70 the incident may have resulted in Oulson filingng assault and battery charges against Reeves.

No matter the out come of the case, Mr Reeves did what he felt was necessary at that moment.

Hmm got any bosses you dont like? how about co-workers,neighbors,family members.?
That is a very good point. IF he gets off, will people start "baiting" other people into a confrontation? Not saying he did or did not do that, but what will happen going forward IF?

I won't bait anyone. The court cost and all have to be insane. I would rather spend my money on speakers and telescopes.
