People need to EARN respect. Age has nothing to do with it. James Wenneker von Brunn was 89 when he walked into the Holocaust Museum in Washington DC with a gun.

Why should Oulson have changed his seat ? He wasn't bothered when Reeves was texting.

Yep, Reeves went to management to complain about texting after he himself was texting in the same theater. Did Oulson go to management about Reeves when he was texting ?

I'd just move my seat - no different than being accosted by an angry driver. Is it best to confront an angry driver or just ignore him and drive onto to your destination ?

I would have just moved, as well. However, the outcome of this trial may set a precedent and not everyone will do the same thing you and I would do.

Your focus is off. The texting was done and overwith by the time Reeves returned to his seat. Reeves sat down. Then Ouksoin rose out of his chair, faced Reeves aad lauched a verbal attact which quickly turned into a physical attack.

But how did Oulsen know Reeves reported him to management??? That's what doesn't make sense...Reeves would have had to tell Oulsen...
