Hello, sorry for starting a new thread, but this moving thing is scaring....

We are looking to relocate in Tampa from Miami, we are Cuban-american family, I would like a nice family oriented neighborhood, with $225k around houses. and low fees. I'm a nurse student and I have 2 kids.

Can somebody tell me if are the Cuban-( Latin) welcome in Wesley chapel. I'm sorry for the question, but it's one of my concerns....

Also, if can somebody told me about meadow point sub.. or any good sub for wiregrass elementary.

thank you

of course they are welcome.. My wife is from el Salvador and has never had an issue and our neighborhood isn't the most diverse in the world, we are also in land o lakes which is right next to wesley chappel.

You would be fine in the area and should be able to find something decent in your price range.

Im sending you a PM also..

Getting a house for under $225K with low fees in Wesley Chapel will be really tough.

Plenty of Cubans here. We're Cuban American from Miami and we love it here. This area is very family friendly and the schools are good. Very nice area to raise a family.

Meadow Pointe is excellent for everything you've mentioned. I live here now and love it. We have 4 clubhouses, all with playgrounds and pools. You'all be able to find house in that range easily in Meadow Pointe. Also, police are always patrolling the area and there is a fire station in the subdivision. The HOA fees are pretty low too, depending on which phase you live in (there are 4 phases). There are 3 elementary schools in here and all are excellent. The subdivision is very diverse and people are friendly. As a nurse, FL Hospital is nearby and there are tons of medical offices in the area. I know many Cuban people who live in this area. There are also a few Cuban restaurants.
