I having been problem with my landlord about disrespect from him to us. Since we move to the house we already told to stop using the electric service to do his job side. I guess he doesn't respect. We want to break the lease we looking for orientation.

We been let him know about that. Another thing this house have a efficiency when we rented we told to put a sink and a gabinet to the person I gonna rented now he threading us because we didn't pay for that. We already told him if we pay, we will take it with us. I'm honestly I'm tired dealing with him because they made a contract but they don't respect at all.

Feel bad for you. If I had a few hundred dollars, I might have a talk with a lawyer and ask him to speak on your behalf. Let him be your mouthpiece if you have a problem communicating or being taken seriously by this guy. Hopefully someone will give you a more legitimate answer, but how nice would it be to have a lawyer call for you and scare the bejesus out of him for taking advantage of you.
