I grew up in that area (Town n Country). Its not the worst but definitely not the best. If she speaks Spanish she'll fit rite in. The traffic on Memorial Hwy gets backed up for miles during rush hour and is hard to get in/out of that complex. There is a lot of homeless people in the area, they generally don't bother anybody and concentrate themselves closer to Memorial and Kelly Rd where the day labor place is and the Church's that give out food. they actually have a large homeless camp in the woods that are called the Pam Callahan Nature Preserve on Memorial.

If it was me I'd look someplace else to live, TnC use to be a pretty nice area but in the last 20 years Section 8 has ruined it.

The worst part of that area will be the traffic.

I was out on waters just west of Dale Mabry tues just before 6 pm, It was a sea of red brake lights. Waters/Dale Mabry intersection is still one of the worst. Don't get me started on the whole Sheldon Rd/ Westchase area.

Waters, in general, has GOT to have the worst driving in Tampa Bay this side of US 19.

It's not the best area for sure. I lived there for 41 years in Danashore just down the street and saw how TNC went down hill over the years. Danashores is very nice, but them apts and across the golfcorse to the north was a total diff world.
