My name is Dave,I live in Northestern Ohio on Lake Erie.I'm restoring a 1968 Pontiac Firebird 350 originaly Verdoro Green,after doing some research I found the car was bought new at Jim Harrell Pontiac in Tampa,I was told it was bought for his son.I would love to hear from anyone who might know any thing about the car or dealership.Thank you my emial is daveray65@yahoo.com

Based on this James Harrell has been deceased for quite some time and dealership was sold. Hope that helps to answer your question.

Dave,
I am friends with a man who worked at Superior Pontiac back in the late 1970s.
He started as a young man right out of trade school. I will shoot him an email and ask him about your situation, maybe he knows or heard something. He is a fellow car guy, so you never know.
We car guys need to know the history of our machines.

Sorry , my friend Bob couldn't recall anyone ever talking about Jim Harrell nor his son. He did say when he was young , the late 1970s, there were several old techs that where at the dealership during the 1960s. Good Luck /Jim
