I'm looking at the west coast north of Tampa for a building lot, something within 25 miles or so. Low taxes, low crime, low prices, less congestion. Looks like an ideal area. Am I missing something?

I honestly don't like that area at all. There are so many old people there and it's like one big old age home. The area is crowded also and dirty looking compared to other areas in Florida.
