Input about St Pete, especially the Kenneth City area
I would like some input about St Pete, especially the Kenneth City area, around 54th N and 71st. That is my son and daughter-in-law's neighborhood and due to her health problems and upcoming surgeries, I want to move there from Jax. I will be moving within the next 6-8 months and have already met a real estate agent but I want info from REAL people. Any help is greatly appreciated. Im a 59 yo w/m, retired Navy, girlfriend moving w/me. I'm looking for a 3+ br, 2+ bath, 1-200k; a little fixing/remod is ok but basically move-in ready. I don't want to rebuild before getting in. Thanks in advance for y'all's help, input, comments.
