There are a few short sales in communities with pools. New River fase l, has a home 2300sqft (bank owned) list price just reduced to $ 209K but probable will be sold for way less and never has been lived in and has many upgrades but the owner took almost all appliances out before he foreclosed. Seven Oaks has a couple of short sales and Oak Creek (if the property is not sold) had a huge bargain but the community is further away from shops, etc. Almost all communities has short sales right now. bridgewater has many but is not my favored community and has no community pool, the others have. Look on realtor.com and use 33544 as a zipcode, or contact a realtor but you can search from your home aswell.

I have been working with several people recently purchasing new inventory homes from the builders and they have excellent prices and will pay a good portion (if not all) of your closing cost. There are several new homes in the Coutrywalk subdivision (part of Meadow Point) and the Palm Cove subdivision that would be in your price range and have a community pool. I did a quick search on the MLS and found 6 pool homes under $210K with a Wesly Chapel address. I hope this information will help.
