Looking to move to the area, and wondering what neighborhoods have a lot of teenagers/tweens. We have made the mistake before of moving to a neighborhood with hardly any kids our girls ages (12 & 15).

Looking on any suggestions. Thank you in advance!

Um, all of them? Lutz and LoL are bedroom communities chock full of young families. Look at anything in between Stonebrier and just about anything along the 54 corridor between Trinity and Wesley Chapel. I'm in Concord Station which is practically wall to wall families.
