Neighbor captured this today in our subdivision. It was strong enough that it knocked over wall of house that was under construction. The neighbor cut the video short but the dust devil was observed bouncing around for a while after the video cut off.

Building a house right now all I could think was, " I wonder how many weeks their move in will be pushed out for having to get new subs in to finish that wall and make sure all is still structurally sound!" Poor buyers, as any extra week while you're waiting to move in could feel like an eternity.

Please tell your neighbor that driving in the same direction of something that could go toward her car isn't a good idea in the future.

Turns out the wall was just put up today, mortar was probably still wet when DD moved through. Builder was notified and subs are on site with several other homes being built so hopefully not a major delay for buyers.

Got a kick out of the lady calling it a hurricane.

I had one of those hit my car while I was cruising down the interstate. Had no idea - almost lost control of the truck - was pretty alarming and unexpected.

Yeah, she posted this on our community site and people we ribbing her for calling it a hurricane. But then she later said a tornado

I can bet it was alarming to run into one while cruising down the highway.

Had she not recorded the wall being destroyed, you'd wonder if the builder would've known how it happened.

Those damn vandal delinquent kids........

That's great... It's horrible to have to wait for subs to come back when they are already planning on a fixed schedule!
