My husband and I are planning on moving to the Tampa area this fall. Currently in Charleston, we have a 23ft boat that we are looking forward to using in the beautiful Gulf! Budget is 400-500k and no kids yet, any advice on nice/safe communities? We were thinking about Bradenton too, if anyone has any insight on that area. Heading down in a couple weeks to explore, so just looking for areas to put on our list

You didn't specify sailboat or motorboat. You will find that agents active in waterfront property will ask this first. Low bridges make a difference.
