Finally got around to taking canine friend to Apollo Beach Nature Preserve since they've fixed up the beach area. My CF usually loves taking to water, jumped in and quickly found he didn't like the gulf water as much as lake water
CF got a bath afterwards as water has a bit of a smell to it....

Not much to see there. Saw one sunbather, a couple of guys fishing and a couple families swimming in the water. Pets are allowed so I went to check it out. Access is 6760 Surfside Blvd., Apollo Beach, FL 33572. You get a good view of TECO towers from it.
