Both Molly Maids and Merry Maids
are in this area. I've used both in other places. I prefer Merry Maids because they will customize their service. Molly wouldn't change my bed linen even tho I have back problems, Merry Maids did. I stripped to old ones off. they only had to put on the new ones. Google them and see if you can get quotes.

Depends on where you are, but I know a good painter and a good cleaner. However they are in Pinellas (cleaner probably will stick to mid county/beaches)
