Does anybody know anything about these apartments?!? They seem to be very nice, but I've learned apartment complexes sometimes embelish how nice their properties really are.

Thanks!

Smile I'd move there tomorrow

check Apartments for rent: Apartment Guide, your free apartment finder Just click on Tampa bay and put in the property name. I've found the AG to be reliable. Versant has all the bells and whistles that are to attract a more up scale professional market but the prices are just about where they should be for this area.
You'll have a place for your w/d or they can provide one. Resident communication ctr, car wash etc.etc. Sounds great.
Do you have a pet that is more than 35 lbs? That could be a problem or certain breeds and they're tough here.
In any complex check out the type cars in the parking areas. Cars just don't get rusted out like up north so old is ok but if you see too many junkers, it's a problem. Well kept pickups are not a problem either. Don't know how htat is by you. Doubt that'll happen at Versant.

Default we lived there

We lived there for 4 months while we were looking for a house. They were perfect for us and served the purpose nicely. I don't care for apartment living but if I had to they were nice.
