I really enjoy reading all of the posts. Some are great and some are kind of scary. I will be relocating to Odessa. I have visited a few times and will be in a new development off of 54. I would really like an honest opinion of the area from those who know first-hand. Any info would be appreciated, even the bad. I would like to truly know what I am getting myself into. Thanks!

Hi, I own a hotel in Odessa, have lived here for 21 years and I have this to say, it;s a great place to visit and a better place to live. Great schools, friendly people without the hubbub of the big city.
