Smile Thinking About Moving to Florida...Wesley Chapel?

Hello there. I am black and my husband is white and we have a baby. We're also Canadian...and we're considering making the move to Florida (opening up a business). Our relatives live in Tarpon Springs...nice, but not our style. Wondering if Wesley Chapel is diverse? We just want to feel comfortable, in a nice place to raise our kids. We value education (both college and university grads) and are used to being in a friendly environment. Also, we'd be looking for housing in the $250-350 k price range. Can anyone help? We're heading to Florida in a few weeks and will have time to explore many areas....do you have any suggestions?

in that price range you could do well. the Seven Oaks
off Bruce B Downs would be worthwhile to check out. Maybe meadowpoint
in the same area. wesley chapel is really growing and has alot to offer.
hunters green is also off bruce b downs. you can get a good rental deal also while you take your time to look.

Seven Oaks is indeed very nice and has good deals right now. New River on State Road 54 is also great and has no CDD's only HOA. Some parts of Meadow Point, not all. It all depends on what you like. There are very good public schools. My experience in that field is very good and I'm from a country which the level of education is pretty high.

Good Luck.
