Just curious if anyone has any buzz about how much the HOA fees will be to maintain the lagoon? Great idea, but all I can see are dollar signs!

Last we heard was that once the Lagoon is completed, that the fees will dramatically increase which is something that common sense people will understand.

Especially when we as Broker/Realtors, were invited for the pre-sales and walk through to get to see what the Lagoon was about, the builders had zero HOA info and that was stunning.

Excellent point! Our aquifer is draining fast, especially with all the population growth!

I heard they have started phase 2. All of this with no improvements to Hwy 54 or Curley Road (a 2 lane road). Besides the Lagoon and Watergrass, there is a lot of housing going up in that area. What a nightmare traffic situation for the next 10-15 years!
