True However The 1st Del Webb 55 plus is being built in Bexley that is going to be a decent size neighborhood...

Are you looking for a single family Rental? They are difficult to find here, lots of luxury new apartments in the area...

Had to do a round trip to Gainesville today...from Trinity Blvd to the entrance of 75 (on 54) took me 1 1/2 hours!!! The worst of it was up to the Veterans...I don't know how people do that every day!

It will only get worst. I have no idea who's idea was to put 60 mph lane and put so many traffic lights that you have to stop..and then accelerate.

If you work form home or are retired its GREAT!. If you have to commute good luck. Pasco passed a law that at all closings builders must give the suicide prevention hotline number to all new homeowners.
