when enrolling in Pinellas CO. Schools, they place youe child wherever they have an opening, which isnt always where you live. You need to call, because Oldsmar Elem, is a good school, but there are alot of parents waiting to get there kids in there so they may place your kids in Dunedin. Just a warning, to save yourself the drama, move on the Hillsborough County side of Oldsmar, Pinellas Public Schools are run wayyy different than any county I have ever lived in, oh and just an FYI, Elem. schools in Pinellas are only in session 6 hrs a day, not the normal 8 like everywhere else, but they also have shorter summer breaks. My daughter goes to school three miles away from my house, and there are 3 Elem. schools between my house and her school.
