I really don't know much about Lakeland but was wondering if anyone knows how zip 33801 is in Lakeland?

Is it a safe area?

Why this particular zip? Zip codes cover a lot of neighborhoods, perhaps you can be more specific in what you want to know?

A friend is thinking about moving to Lakeland Manor Apts and asked me. I only go to Lakeland to shop once in a while so have no idea.

It's a pretty rough area imo.
Like the worst part of town.
(I drive by there almost every day).

That is not a good area those apartments are not where I would feel safe to live.
